We expect our guests and customers to conduct themselves properly. Steppe Arena shall not accept obscenities, abusive language, gestures, quarrels, fights, etc., and such incidents will result in expulsion from the venue or be grounds for arrest by relevant authorities.
In the event of such behavior, please notify the nearest ticket inspector or employee immediately.
Seat Changes
The Arena management has the right to change or transfer the seating arrangement/s depending on the specifics of any events.
Cheering
The media has highlighted the Steppe Arena as one of the loudest and most crowded sports facilities in Mongolia. Although we love to entertain our fans, we also have a responsibility to follow the ground rules and the law. Some fans like to cheer while standing, while others prefer to cheer while sitting. Fans seated have the right to view the event from their seats without obstruction.
Among our guests are many customers with mobility issues who cannot enjoy standing up like everyone else. Dear fans, please be kind and understanding to those around you.
Throwing objects
For safety reasons, spectators are not allowed to throw objects onto the field. If the action could have had serious consequences, the Customer shall be blacklisted and will not be allowed to enter the Steppe Arena at any event in the future.
Accessing the field
Entry into the playing field or other restricted areas of the Arena is strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion/arrest.
Carrying a child on one’s shoulders
For safety reasons, carrying small children on your shoulders is forbidden. The floor of the Arena may be slippery.
Smoking is prohibited
Steppe Arena does not allow smoking, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking outside is allowed only in designated areas.
No loitering/panhandling
Panhandling/offering auto transport or other services/promoting goods and services/placing billboards, distributing ads/holding raffles, etc., are prohibited inside and outside the Arena.
Illegal access is prohibited
Only guests, colleagues, and customers with valid tickets may enter the Arena.
Improper parking and parking in prohibited places
It is prohibited to park vehicles on roads, lawns, and traffic roads. All guests must follow the instructions of the security, traffic, and parking staff. Violators may be subject to fines by the local police and towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Parking and driveways
Safe and responsible use of parking lots and driveways is recommended. It is prohibited to drift, race, block entrances, exits, and traffic areas, and violate signages.
Ball playing, roller skating
Ball games and roller skating are not allowed inside or outside the Arena, as they are considered risky. In the case of roller skating, you will be asked to remove your skates.
Tailgating
Following other vehicles is permitted in parking lots. One parking space per vehicle. When using a grill, follow the “Open Fire Procedures”.
Open fire procedures
Open fire* is prohibited on the property of the Arena.
*Barbeque cooking is allowed only in the parking lot with proper safety measures in place. It is prohibited to use grills near sidewalks, covered or uncovered structures, or in areas where damage to structures or customers’ property may occur.
Damages to bushes, shrubs, plants, or the appearance of the facilities
Without the management’s permission, no one is allowed to cut, remove, or trees, shrubs, flowers, plants, topsoil, or sod of the Arena. It is prohibited to damage, destroy, or move the surface of the facility, its structure, accessories, or property.
Drone, pilotless equipment
To protect the safety and privacy of guests, spectators, renters, advertisers, and property, the unauthorized use or operation of drones/UAS/UAVs over our parking lots, owned or leased areas are prohibited.
Fines
Violation of the Steppe Arena policies, regulations, and other laws may result in removal from the facilities and may be subject to fines, and legal action/s. Violators may also be banned from future events and could be blacklisted. The party against whom the action is taken may submit a written request or file a complaint.
